At Pro Active AI Training, we are committed to your satisfaction and success. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Here’s how our return and refund policy works.
If you purchase a personal training package but find that you can't use all the sessions, we offer refunds for the unused portion as long as you contact us within 30 days of purchase. For group classes, the same 30-day window applies, allowing you to get a refund for any classes you haven’t attended.
Our online training programs and digital products come with a 14-day refund period, provided you haven’t accessed or downloaded the content. This gives you the flexibility to change your mind while ensuring we maintain the integrity of our digital offerings.
Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that medical issues can arise. If you have a medical reason that prevents you from continuing your training, we offer pro-rated refunds with a doctor’s note. Similarly, if you relocate more than 25 miles away from our training locations, we provide a pro-rated refund when you provide proof of your new address.
We strive for excellence in our services, but if you find that our training doesn’t meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of your first session. We’ll work with you to find a solution, whether it’s a refund or an alternative arrangement.
To request a refund, simply reach out to our customer service team via email or phone with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 7 business days, and approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that monthly or annual membership fees are non-refundable, as are charges for sessions that have already been completed. Additionally, purchases made during promotional periods or with discounts are not eligible for refunds.
If you need to cancel a personal training session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. For any modifications to your training package, contact us to discuss your options. Depending on the changes, additional charges or partial refunds may apply.
